I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment, and they already had my booking confirmed. After a quick check-in, I took a seat to soak in the ambiance.
Hot stones, bamboo, herbal balls, and various oils were neatly arranged on a display table. The overall interior was impressively clean and well-maintained, even for a non-Korean owned establishment.
A refreshing tea, a warm towel, and some snacks were brought out. I must admit, the dried kiwi in the back had such an intense color that I hesitated to try it – though looking back, I wish I had! It was a generous welcome spread, far more than the usual complimentary tea you often get.
After filling out a brief pre-treatment questionnaire, I was escorted upstairs for my Hanoi spa experience.

I was delighted to find a private room equipped with its own shower facilities. The foot bath was already prepared, so I changed into a comfortable robe and began my session with a relaxing foot soak.

After my massage, I returned to find the exact same delightful refreshments as before. Following a quick feedback form, my experience was complete. There were no additional payments needed; you simply show up and enjoy. Tipping, of course, is entirely at your discretion.
I made my reservation here, where you can choose from various treatments like Aroma, Traditional Vietnamese, Scrub, or Signature massages. You then select your desired duration, from 60 to 120 minutes, and the price is displayed. I opted for the 90-minute Signature massage. The convenience of booking in English, without needing to deal with local messengers or phone calls, was incredibly helpful.
The app also conveniently showed the location of my booked activity on a map, making it incredibly easy to find my way. It's amazing how a single app can handle so many aspects of travel these days.
