This is the morning view of Pyeongchang Alpensia Resort from the veranda.

Mornings in Pyeongchang, with its wonderful fresh air, always feel so refreshing.
Even in summer, you can wake up feeling cool and invigorated.

Perhaps because it was a holiday morning, when we went down around 8:30 AM, there were already many people in line.

It wasn't too long before they showed us to a table inside.

Right by the entrance, we immediately spotted a selection of fruit and vegetable juices, water, grape juice, and orange juice.

Udon noodles, fried rice, and beef bulgogi

Grilled Dakgalbi and grilled mackerel

With freshly baked bread right in front of the stone oven, everything looked incredibly delicious.

There were jams, whipped cream, butter, as well as bagels and sliced bread.

Of course, an American-style breakfast wouldn't be complete without bacon and sausages.

They'll cook your eggs just how you like them.
You can choose from fried eggs, poached eggs, or omelets.

You'll find vegetables like kabocha squash, broccoli, and tomatoes, alongside some crispy French fries.

For rice lovers, both white rice and healthy multi-grain rice were on offer.

Warm up with kabocha squash soup, soft tofu, hearty beef seaweed soup (miyeok-guk), and even a comforting vegetable porridge.

Don't forget the ham and a delightful selection of cheeses!

Smoked salmon was also a popular breakfast favorite.

Ah, cereal – my personal nemesis.
I bring the kids to a grand buffet, and if they only eat cereal and leave, it really grinds my gears!

This breakfast spread even considers your gut health, with plenty of yogurt!

I loved the blueberry juice so much I went back for seconds! And of course, there's a wide selection of coffee and teas.

A delicious array of Korean side dishes.

You'll find an abundant selection of fruits, from longan and tangerines to watermelon, pineapple, kiwi, oranges, and even yellow peaches!

Cherry tomatoes, green vitamin salad, fusilli salad, and roast beef salad.

Kabocha squash and mushroom salad.

Cream cheese and blueberry pie filling are available next to the bread, while yuzu, balsamic, and Thousand Island dressings are prepared for the salads.

Bread and eggs truly seem to be the stars of breakfast!

Thankfully, this time the kids didn't *just* stick to cereal!

It was great to see such a diverse selection of salads and fruits!

The seating tucked away in the back right corner of the entrance looked so inviting, I just had to snap a photo!
And that wraps up my review of the Flavors breakfast at the Intercontinental Hotel Alpensia Resort in Pyeongchang, where we enjoyed a wonderful family trip!
The breads, beautifully displayed in front of the brick oven, were definitely a standout, and the diverse selection of salads and fruits made it a truly satisfying breakfast experience worthy of a 5-star hotel.
