For the final stop of our 7-day, 6-night babymoon in Okinawa,
we headed to Kokusai Dori in Naha!
With its great airport accessibility and endless shopping opportunities,
it was the absolute perfect place to wrap up our trip.
Today, I'm sharing my recommendation for a hotel right near Kokusai Dori!

First of all, I was incredibly satisfied with
the location of Hotel Strata Naha.
The Yui Rail Miebashi Station is right outside the door,
making public transit super convenient,
and Kokusai Dori is less than a 10-minute walk away,
which made sightseeing so easy!
The airport is also just 20 minutes away, making it the perfect spot
to stay after returning your rental car on the final day~
Since I had a lot of luggage, I returned the car on departure day
and took the shuttle straight to the airport!

From the stylish interior of the lobby to the rooms,

it truly felt like a tropical resort right in the heart of the city 💚

but rooms are usually available in the low ~$60s,
and if you catch a good deal, you can even find them in the ~$58 range.

I checked in right around 3 PM when it opened,
and the process was quick, simple, and totally hassle-free.
Just a heads up: they also offer a luggage storage service
before check-in and after check-out!
The breakfast restaurant was located on the 1st floor,
and they were also selling hotel merchandise, which was super fun to browse!
I booked my stay without breakfast,
but looking it up later, the reviews seemed really good!
If you're planning to eat breakfast there, I highly recommend booking a rate that includes it!
On the 2nd floor, there's a gym, a laundry room, and even vending machines,
making it super convenient for long-term travelers as well.
Since you grab the amenities you need yourself from the lobby,
I picked up my essentials and headed straight up to my room!
The room I booked was a Twin Room (including a sofa bed)!!
It had two single beds pushed together,
and with a sofa bed and a table on one side,
it was actually really comfortable for the two of us.
Although the room wasn't massive,
there was plenty of space to open up our suitcases,
and considering the price, the room condition was absolutely satisfying!
The TV wasn't a smart TV,
but since it was our last night, we didn't really have time to watch TV anyway,
so it didn't bother us at all!
Pajamas were provided, which were super cozy,
and the bed was so plush that I slept like a baby on our last night of the trip.
I also made great use of the heated eye mask they gave us during check-in;
it was such a thoughtful little touch!
Other than that, the room was fully equipped with everything we needed: a mini-fridge, a safe, an electric kettle,
hangers, coffee capsules, and bottled water.
Everything was perfectly set up!
I also really liked the bathroom layout.
There’s a sink at the entrance,
with the toilet and shower area separated on either side!
There was also a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away my travel fatigue,
and all the essential amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
were fully provided.
Overall, the room was incredibly clean and tidy!!
The private terrace offered a city view,
but looking down, I could see the swimming pool below,
which gave it a really beautiful, relaxing vibe.
The outdoor pool area had a tropical Southeast Asian resort vibe,
with beautiful landscaping and gardens,
making it the perfect backdrop for photos! 💚
Unfortunately, since I visited at the very end of winter,
it wasn't pool season yet so I couldn't swim, but
at night, the lights lit up beautifully and created a magical atmosphere.
Looking at other guests' photos from their pool days,
it gave off such ultimate vacation vibes
that I definitely want to visit again during the warmer months!
I spent the final day of my 7-day, 6-night Okinawa trip
exploring Kokusai Dori. Because our hotel location was so amazing,
we were able to walk almost everywhere!
Shopping along Kokusai Dori, stopping by Don Quijote,
and casually browsing for local souvenirs made for
the absolute perfect final day!!
There are so many great restaurants nearby, but my top recommendation is
Mazemen Mahoroba 🫶🫶🫶
