Breakfast at Health Land Resort & Spa is served at
KANPLU RESTAURANT, conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the building.
Checking the elevator or information board, you'll find the 1st floor houses
the GINGER Coworking Space,
the 2nd floor is home to KANPLU Restaurant,
and the 3rd floor features the TIENKING Conference Room.
Right at the entrance to the breakfast restaurant, we spotted signboards showcasing
recommended à la carte items available for lunch or dinner,
including their CHARCOAL BURGER, Pad Thai, and Tom Yum Goong.
The restaurant's interior was consistently clean and featured a modern design.
With widely spaced tables, it offered a comfortable and airy atmosphere
perfect for enjoying a meal.
Fresh Salads and Cold Dishes
For a light start to your breakfast, the salad corner offers a neatly arranged
selection of fresh vegetables.
You'll find everything from crisp lettuce, cucumber, and carrots
to juicy cherry tomatoes and sweet corn.
A variety of dressings and cheese were also on hand,
allowing you to customize your salad and perfectly whet your appetite.
The Live Station: Cooked to Order
One of the standout features of Health Land Resort & Spa's breakfast is its live station,
where chefs prepare dishes fresh, right before your eyes.
At this station, you can order your eggs just how you like them!
Simply ask for sunny-side up, fried,
scrambled, or an omelet, and the chef will cook it fresh for you on the spot.
Adjacent to the egg station, you'll find a neatly arranged selection of various Thai condiments and sauces,
including chili powder, chili in vinegar, and sugar.
These are perfect for customizing your rice noodles or other Thai noodle dishes,
allowing you to truly savor the authentic local flavors.
Warm Hot Dishes and Bakery Corner
The hot dish corner features sweet and soft
bread pudding and perfectly crispy waffles, all kept warm and ready to enjoy.
Top them with whipped cream or syrup, and they transform into
delightful desserts that even kids will adore!
The bakery section was equally impressive, featuring a diverse array of options including
popular croissants, cinnamon rolls, and morning buns, alongside
uniquely green-hued Thai soft rolls infused with fragrant pandan leaves.
If you lightly toast bread and eat it with butter or jam,
it makes for a hearty breakfast.
On one side, perfectly boiled eggs were also neatly
prepared.

Fresh Tropical Fruits and Drinks for Dessert
And, of course, the tropical fruits are an undeniable joy
of traveling in Thailand!
The fruit corner was generously piled with ripe watermelon, papaya,
guava, and more, all cut into perfect,
bite-sized pieces.
The sweetness was a slight letdown, though.
Cereal, milk, and fresh juice
dispensers were also available,
ensuring that even those who prefer a lighter breakfast
could find something satisfying.
Mellow Trip's Overall Review
My plate was a vibrant tapestry of freshly cooked
fried eggs, a delightful spicy-sweet stir-fried
noodle dish, and fresh dragon fruit. With a refreshing glass of
orange juice, it truly made for a perfect Thai-style breakfast
feast!
Overall, the breakfast at Health Land Resort & Spa Pattaya
strikes a delightful balance, offering a comprehensive array
of essential Thai and Western dishes that are satisfying
without being overly heavy.
Thanks to the fresh ingredients and the clean, pleasant restaurant
