Have A Zeed Bangkok Review: Best Thai in Terminal 21
Looking for the best Thai food in Bangkok? Read our honest review of Have A Zeed at Terminal 21, featuring mouthwatering crispy sea bass and corn som tum.
During my stay in Bangkok, my absolute go-to spot was none other than
Terminal 21 Asok.
Since I was staying at the Grande Centre Point Terminal 21,
which is directly connected to the mall, I found myself dropping by almost every single day—whether it was for a quick morning stroll or a late-night snack run.
The convenience of shopping combined with an endless variety of dining options made it incredibly easy to keep coming back.
Out of all the restaurants I tried, the one that completely won me over was
Have A Zeed.
After dining there myself, I finally understand why this place always has a massive crowd!

As one of the most famous restaurants in the mall,
it's incredibly popular with both locals and tourists alike.
Be prepared to wait in line if you arrive during peak hours!
During our week-long trip to Bangkok, we loved it so much
that we actually dined here 4 times. It is just that good.
While we sampled quite a few items on the menu,
I want to share the standout dishes from our final visit first.

What We Ordered
Dishes |
🍤 Creamy Tom Yum Goong |
🌽 Spicy Corn Som Tum |
🐟 Crispy Deep-Fried Sea Bass |
🍜 Classic Pad Thai |
Are you a fan of Tom Yum Goong?
Honestly, this is the place that made me fall in love with it!
The flavor profile here is very approachable and well-balanced,
and the soup was packed with so many plump, juicy shrimp
that it felt like an endless supply.

There is something incredibly comforting about a hot bowl of soup.
It has that perfect tangy, savory kick that keeps you reaching for more.
Once you get hooked on this flavor, there is no turning back.
I only regret not ordering it earlier in our trip!

The Crispy Deep-Fried Sea Bass was so spectacular
that we ordered it on both our first and last days.
The exterior is unbelievably crunchy, while the fish inside remains tender.
Be sure to drizzle the accompanying sweet and savory fish sauce over it—
that sauce is absolute magic and elevates the dish to another level!

If you want to switch things up from the standard green papaya salad,
you absolutely must try the Corn Som Tum!
The sweet corn kernels paired with the tangy, spicy dressing
create a beautiful flavor contrast that is incredibly refreshing.
We also ordered the classic Pad Thai, which was solid and tasty.
However, for the ultimate Pad Thai, Thipsamai still holds the crown for me.
Stay tuned, as I will be sharing my full review of Thipsamai very soon!
