The spa occupies a six-story building. When you first arrive, the owner greets you on the first floor to explain the massage options and help you choose your preferred essential oil.

What truly stood out was that the owner is Korean, which made communication incredibly easy and comfortable. It was such a relief to convey my exact preferences without any language barriers, especially when traveling!

After your blissful massage on the third floor, the staff will guide you to the second floor for your nail care.

• Swedish Massage (90 min: 550,000 VND / 120 min: 700,000 VND / 150 min: 850,000 VND) - A gentle pressure massage for ultimate relaxation and healing.
• Deep Tissue Massage (90 min: 550,000 VND / 120 min: 700,000 VND / 150 min: 850,000 VND) - Stronger pressure to release deep muscle tension.
• Shiatsu Massage (90 min: 550,000 VND / 120 min: 700,000 VND / 150 min: 850,000 VND) - A dry massage without oils, focusing on acupressure points.

I opted for the 120-minute Deep Tissue massage, and it was pure bliss!

Each massage room is private and well-separated, providing a peaceful retreat. There’s even a safe next to the closet to securely store your valuables, which gave me great peace of mind.

After changing into a comfy gown, the session began with a relaxing foot bath, followed by the main massage on the bed.

Even through a long 120-minute session, the masseuse maintained consistent technique and strong pressure from start to finish. I was truly impressed! I specifically requested a focus on my calves and lower body, and they truly delivered, dedicating ample time to those areas, leaving me feeling incredibly refreshed.

Throughout the massage, the therapist checked in on my comfort level, adjusting the pressure as needed. It was a truly comfortable and tailored experience, melting away all the fatigue from my travels.

After your massage, you'll be treated to some delightful refreshments. Before your session, you get to choose one drink (tea, juice, or other beverages) and one snack (cookies or seasonal fruit). They prepare it to be ready right when your massage finishes. The fruit varies by season, and the butter cookies were absolutely delicious!

Usually, when traveling, you have to set aside extra time to find a separate nail salon. But at Paragon Spa, you can knock out both a relaxing massage and a beautiful nail service in one go! It's a huge time-saver and offers incredible value.

No need to hunt for another nail salon – thanks to my lovely gel nails, I felt fabulous throughout the rest of my trip! ☺️
