Hotel Details (Google Rating: 4.3/5) ★★★★
This beautiful 4-star boutique hotel is located about 1.2 miles from the Lao National Museum and Chao Anouvong Park. While it is walkable, it takes about 20 minutes on foot, so a quick tuk-tuk or the hotel shuttle is your best bet.
The rooms feature private balconies, mosquito nets, and reliable Wi-Fi. They also offer a complimentary city shuttle to help you get around. For dining, there is a cozy little restaurant with an outdoor terrace. But the absolute highlight is the outdoor swimming pool, beautifully surrounded by lush tropical trees that create an incredibly serene atmosphere.

I recall the complimentary shuttle bus being perfectly timed to pick us up right when we arrived. It dropped us right at the lobby door, making our arrival completely hassle-free.

The pool area is wonderfully spacious. Since there weren't many guests swimming when we visited, it felt like having our own private oasis. We literally changed into our swimsuits right after checking in and headed straight here. Laos gets incredibly hot, so a pool is an absolute necessity!

It is actually much wider and deeper than it looks in the photos. Because of the depth, it might be a bit deep for young kids to swim unsupervised. Even for me, I had to stand on my tiptoes in certain sections!

Another major plus was the included breakfast. While the buffet selection wasn't massive, every single dish was clean, fresh, and highly satisfying.

We finished our meal with a colorful plate of fresh tropical fruits and refreshing drinks—the perfect start to a warm day of exploring.

The room itself was immaculate, and the air conditioning worked beautifully, which is crucial for a comfortable night's sleep in this climate. Having a reliable, cool room to return to makes all the difference on a trip. The only tiny surprise was spotting a small gecko on the wall. It was my first time seeing one up close in a room, which startled me at first, but they are completely harmless and actually keep the bugs away, so no need to worry!
Overall, this is an outstanding hotel. With its great value, incredibly welcoming staff, and convenient free shuttle service, it is highly recommended for your Vientiane itinerary.
