staying right in front of the Pyramids for a night

makes it so much easier to catch that serene, early-morning view!

In this post, I'll compare the Pyramid-view stays I personally researched

and share my honest review of the Great Pyramid Inn where I actually stayed.

Before coming here, we had actually booked a different Pyramid-view hotel,

but we got hit with a hotel scam on our check-in day...

When I searched reviews afterward,

I found quite a few stories of people's rooms disappearing

due to similar overbooking scams.

So we moved over to the Great Pyramid Inn,

and it was such a relief! There was no bait-and-switch with the room photos,

no surprise upcharging on the spot,

If you head down in time for breakfast, you can snag a front-row seat

to eat comfortably while looking out at the Pyramids.

The breakfast spread usually includes cereal, fruit, yogurt, jam, and more.

When I got there, I realized the front-row seats weren't even that competitive.

And even if you don't get the absolute front, the clear glass windows

ensure a fantastic view of the Pyramids from anywhere!

So as long as you dine at the hotel during your stay,

you're guaranteed an amazing Pyramid view.

03. Pyramid View Room

When we checked in, the room looked exactly like the photos on the booking site,

and I loved how clean and tidy everything was overall.

Plus, there was plenty of space for the two of us to keep our suitcases completely open,

making our entire stay incredibly comfortable.

They provided about three bottles of complimentary water,

and basic amenities like a fridge, electric kettle, and hairdryer

were all well-provided. The bathroom was super clean too!

To top it off, the room got so much gorgeous natural light, which made me so happy every day.

Now, for the most important part—the view!

When you open the window in your room,

the Pyramids are right there in front of you.
