It's located near Jeminchon Stream. You'll know you've found it if you spot "Sagye Darak" restaurant on the first floor!
Honestly, if there hadn't been a small signboard, I might have walked right past this hidden gem.
It's amazing how everyone manages to find this tucked-away treasure on the second floor; it was bustling with visitors!
The poster at the entrance already sets such an aesthetic tone – it's just so charming!
The first thing that caught my eye upon entering was the adorable variety of keychains :)
The cute Jeminchon neighborhood map on the wall, the three cat figurines below it, the calendars, and even posters about the various benefits of reading – everything was incredibly charming!
There was a truly impressive array of delightful items, including hairpins and claw clips.
And oh, the beautiful tableware!
I spotted some uniquely aesthetic dishes that seemed to be imported, perhaps from Japan. The owner's eye for curation and sense of style in sourcing each item is truly exceptional.
Even the soft, ambient music playing was perfectly to my taste, making it a delightfully pleasant space to linger in.

They're so round and sturdy – truly the perfect souvenir to remember your trip to Gongju!
While every item was lovely, the view of Jeminchon Stream from the second-floor window, accompanied by the soothing music, was also absolutely fantastic!
You can also browse independent publications here. Though there were only a few, they offered a unique selection compared to what you'd find in a large bookstore.
And the notebooks! They were incredibly aesthetic and inspiring!
The cute dog-shaped comb was one of those "I don't need it, but I really want it" items, and the tufting coaster was also so pretty :)
The bookmarks were so beautiful I debated buying them, but I figured I'd feel too bad to actually use them, so I just admired them and took their beauty in with my eyes.
They also sold aesthetic postcards featuring Gongju's scenery. It was a weekend, so there were so many customers that I couldn't capture every single item with my camera, which was a real shame.
Although it was a bit hectic due to the weekend crowd, the music was perfectly to my taste, and the entire space felt like a cozy hideaway, brimming with the owner's personal style.
Danpyeonseon truly captured my heart, offering a comfortable and inspiring experience throughout my visit. It's a place that perfectly reflects the owner's unique aesthetic.

Danpyeonseon operates from 12 PM to 6 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, we are open from 12 PM to 7 PM. Every Tuesday is a regular closing day.
