Confused about Gimhae International Airport? We've explored floors 1-3 to bring you a complete guide to currency exchange, dining, roaming centers, and more.

When you're flying through Gimhae International Airport,
it's easy to get a bit confused about
where to find currency exchange or a pharmacy,
or even where to grab a meal.
This time, as I used Gimhae International Airport,
I explored all three floors myself and captured some photos
of handy facilities you'll want to know about before your trip!
In this post,
I'll walk you through Gimhae International Airport's International Terminal, from the 1st to the 3rd floor,
and break down what facilities you can find on each level.
Gimhae International Airport International Terminal: 1st Floor

The 1st floor of Gimhae International Airport's International Terminal
is the arrivals level, where you'll find the immigration hall.
It's primarily focused on facilities that are super useful before or after your departure,
like roaming centers, currency exchange, and bus ticket counters.
I entered through Gate 1, which is the closest
to the P2 International Terminal Parking Tower,
and I'll be guiding you through the 1st floor from this point.

If you walk over from the P2 Parking Tower,
Gate 1 is the first thing you'll see.

Step inside Gate 1,
and you'll spot Nadri Restaurant on your right.
They offer simple meals like noodles and rice bowls,
making it a great spot for a quick bite before you depart.

Just inside Gate 1,
you'll find the International Driver's License Issuance Center.
Operating Hours | 09:00~18:00 |
Operating Days | Weekdays Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays |
What You Need | Driver's License, Passport, 1 Passport Photo |

Near Gate 3,
you'll find a cluster of roaming centers for KT, LG U+, and SK Telecom.

Right next to these three major roaming centers,
there's also a Wifi Dosirak counter.
It's conveniently located near Gate 3 on the 1st floor of the International Terminal,
where you can pick up or return your pre-booked device.
According to current information,
their operating hours are from 06:00 to 22:00.

Towards Gate 4, you'll find the BNK Busan Bank Currency Exchange office.
It's perfect for when you need foreign currency before your flight
or want to exchange leftover currency after you return.

Step outside Gate 4 and to your right,
you'll see the bus stop and ticket counter
for regional airport buses.
If you're heading straight from the airport to another region,
you can get your route information and bus tickets here.

Inside the ticket office, you'll find self-service ticket machines.
You can purchase regional airport bus tickets to places like Ulsan, Masan, Changwon, and Jangyu,
and some machines even allow you to print pre-booked tickets.
* Please note that routes and operating hours can change,
so refer to the link below for the latest information!

If you enter through Gate 5 from the bus ticket counter area,
you'll find the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Passport Civil Service Center.

International Terminal 2F Facilities Guide

Gimhae Airport International Terminal 2F is
the departures level, where you complete check-in and immigration procedures.
You'll find check-in counters A-D and the departure gate,
along with currency exchange, a pharmacy, and a convenience store.

After completing check-in and baggage drop-off,
you can proceed to the central departure area.
The departure area can be accessed via bio-authentication
or general authentication. If you register for bio-authentication,
you can use a dedicated lane for faster immigration processing.
Bio-authentication registration is available near Gate 4 on the 1st floor.

In the general area on the 2nd floor,
there's also a BNK Busan Bank currency exchange office.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find the International Terminal Pharmacy and Tous les Jours cafe.
It's a great spot to grab any necessary medicine
or enjoy a quick bite of bread and a drink.

There's also a CU convenience store on the 2nd floor.
You can buy drinks, snacks, and simple travel essentials here.
However, if you're not planning to drink them immediately,
it's often better to buy drinks or water once you've passed through the departure gate.
Gimhae Airport International Terminal 3F

Gimhae Airport International Terminal 3F is primarily
dedicated to restaurants and cafes.
You'll also find the roaming center and a luggage storage service here.

When you come up to the 3rd floor,
you can look down over the entire 2nd-floor check-in counters and departure area.

On the 3rd floor, there's the PLE EATING food court.
It's a food court bringing together various cuisines,
from Korean (Hansik) to snack foods (Bunsik) and Chinese.
When I visited,
there was Byolmi-ga (selling stews and bibimbap),
Gyeongseong Bunsik (offering tteokbokki, gimbap, etc.),
and Tienfu (serving jjajangmyeon, tangsuyuk, etc.).

Right next door, you'll find Hyoja Gomtang.
They offer traditional Korean dishes like
gomtang (beef bone soup), seolleongtang (ox bone soup), naengmyeon (cold noodles), and mandu (dumplings).

If you want a quick bite, there's also a Lotteria on the 3rd floor.
The store's information stated that food items, excluding beverages,
are allowed as carry-on.
If you're short on time,
getting your food to go is a good option.

Korean Restaurant Myeongga-ui Tteul
They offer a variety of Korean dishes, including
bibimbap, stews, yukhoe (beef tartare), naengmyeon (cold noodles), and abalone porridge.
Opening at 5 AM,
it's also a great spot for an early breakfast.

Guess what? There are KT and LG U+ roaming centers on the 3rd floor too!
So, since roaming centers are available on both the 1st and 3rd floors,
you can simply choose the one that works best with your travel path.

And for your caffeine fix, there's an Ediya Coffee on the 3rd floor as well!
You can grab it to go or even sit down and enjoy your drink,
making it a perfect spot if you have some time to spare before your flight.
It's a great place to relax with a coffee and take a moment.

Head to the very back of the 3rd floor,
and you'll find the Jim Carry Luggage Storage!
They offer more than just luggage and bag storage;
you can also take advantage of their packing, delivery, and courier services.
When I visited, the cost was:
the 4-hour storage fee for a standard suitcase was
Just a heads-up: prices vary based on storage duration and luggage size,
so be sure to check the local signage for the most accurate details before you commit.
Even though I've departed from Gimhae Airport countless times,
this was actually my first time really diving into all its facilities in such detail!
Knowing which facilities are on each floor beforehand
will definitely make your airport experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
