Looking for an exciting travel itinerary and fun activities on Daebudo Island?
We highly recommend <Badahyanggi Theme Park Electric Bikes>!
During a recent trip to Daebudo Island, I stumbled upon a unique way to explore: renting an electric bike to tour Badahyanggi Theme Park! ✨
Riding with the wind on a beautiful day was pure bliss. This was truly a healing experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Daebudo and wondering what to do. It’s an absolute blast!
I’ll share all the details, from electric bike prices on Daebudo to how to use them, along with my personal review!
Daebudo Island Travel Itinerary & Activities: Electric Bike Rental

We rented our electric bikes from Alien Bike, which seems to be the most popular rental spot on Daebudo Island. 😊
You can enjoy free parking right in front of the shop, and there’s also a spacious open lot directly in front of Badahyanggi Theme Park. So, if you’re driving, you won’t have to worry about parking!

Rental fees are based on 1-hour use and paid on-site. There are no separate reservations or discounts available.
An electric bike for one person costs ~$14, a two-person electric bike is ~$21, a 4-person electric cart is ~$28, and a 5-person cart is ~$35. It’s great that you can choose based on your group size!

First, you pay at the counter and receive a receipt, then you can choose your preferred helmet!
Next, you’ll receive a brief orientation on the Badahyanggi Theme Park route and safety guidelines.
The perimeter of Badahyanggi Theme Park is quite expansive, so I highly recommend taking a photo of the course map!
I took a picture myself and referred to it often during our ride. 😉

After the briefing, you sign a safety waiver, pick your desired bike color, and you’re off!
The process is straightforward, so we were able to start our adventure quickly. 😊
Badahyanggi Theme Park Metasequoia Path by Electric Bike

From the rental shop, it’s just a short ride down the road to Badahyanggi Theme Park, making it super convenient to start your fun without a long commute!
The moment we entered Badahyanggi Theme Park, I was instantly struck by the breathtaking open space and expansive views.
With an abundance of trees, the refreshing green landscape was a sight for sore eyes – a vibrant, natural scenery you’d never experience in the city. It kept us feeling great throughout the entire ride! 😍

The absolute highlight of Badahyanggi Theme Park is undoubtedly the Metasequoia Path!
The Metasequoia Path on Daebudo Island is a famous photo zone, and its long, tree-lined avenue was as beautiful as a painting. 💕
Even with many people around, the park is so vast that we could take our time snapping photos without feeling rushed. Every spot in Badahyanggi Theme Park offered a picture-perfect backdrop for Instagram-worthy shots! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)
My boyfriend and I lost track of time taking pictures of each other – it was just that beautiful!

The path felt a bit like an unpaved road, and at first, I was a little nervous, feeling the single-person electric bike rumble with every bump.
But after a few minutes, I quickly got the hang of it and was having a blast! However, I’d caution that single electric bikes might be a bit risky for young children.
If you’re visiting with kids, I’d recommend putting them on a two-person bike with an adult or opting for a more stable option like the 4-person cart. 😉 (Most families we saw were riding the carts).
And here’s a little tip!
Some bikes come with storage compartments, while others don't. If you’re carrying a bag, make sure to check and choose a bike with storage before you set off!
Luckily, I picked one with a compartment, so I could conveniently stash my bag and other belongings. It made the ride much more comfortable! 😆

Choosing the electric bike adventure as our Daebudo Island activity was probably the best decision we made during our trip!
The park would have been too vast to explore on foot, but cruising around on the bike allowed us to see every corner effortlessly. The scenery was so incredibly beautiful, photos simply don't do it justice! ❤️
Even though it was a hot day with no breeze, riding the electric bike kept us cool and comfortable – a huge plus!
If you’re looking for fun things to do and travel itineraries on Daebudo Island, especially if you’re visiting as a family or a couple, I highly recommend the Badahyanggi Theme Park electric bikes!
The Daebudo electric bike rental shop operates daily from 9 AM to 7 PM. No specific closing days are mentioned in the article.
Electric bikes cost ~$14 for one person and ~$21 for two people. A 4-seater electric cart is ~$28, and a 5-seater cart is ~$35. All fees are based on a 1-hour rental and are paid on-site. There are no separate reservations or discounts available.
First, you must listen to the safety education and course instructions for Badahyangi Theme Park, then sign a safety pledge. For children, a single-person electric bike can be dangerous, so we recommend having them ride on the back of a two-person bike or opting for a stable model like a 4-seater cart.
Free parking is available in front of the electric bike rental shop located at Daebuhwanggeum-ro 1504. Additionally, free parking is also available in the large open lot directly in front of Badahyangi Theme Park.
