Coffee Rosso Suji: A Spacious Yongin Cafe for Families
Searching for a spacious, family-friendly cafe in Yongin's Suji area? Coffee Rosso offers delightful ambiance, ample parking, and an unforgettable experience for all ages.
Yongin Suji Cafe Recommendation: Coffee Lusso
A Spacious Cafe Perfect for a Family Outing
After my mid-20s, I found myself back in Yongin after a whopping 10 years!
My friend Samdoli had set up his newlywed home in Yongin, so the family gathered for a housewarming. After a delicious lunch at home, we moved to a spacious cafe where we could all chat and catch up.
The cafe we originally planned to visit, Majimou, had a long line stretching from the parking lot entrance. Even our backup option, Time to Be, had a full parking lot, leaving us in a bit of a pickle. That's when Coffee Lusso, a name I'd heard before, caught my eye right next door.
As we turned the car around, we luckily spotted a second parking lot and managed to park there. The timing was perfect, as another car was just leaving the first parking lot. I quickly contacted Samdoli, who had driven into the first lot, and both our cars successfully parked, allowing all seven of us to enter together.
It wasn't our original destination, but Coffee Lusso, which we stumbled upon by chance, turned out to be a cafe that pleased every single member of the family that day.
Coffee Lusso Suji Basic Information
Address - 10, Seongbok1-ro 281beon-gil, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do
Hours - 10:00 AM ~ 7:00 PM (Last Order 6:30 PM)
Parking - 3 hours free

The building's exterior, viewed from the Time to Be parking lot, was as beautiful as a magnificent art museum, but unfortunately, I missed getting a full shot of it ㅠㅠ
Even though it came out a bit dark in the photo, the warm red brick exterior was truly eye-catching.
With 3 hours of free parking, it was great for families like ours who drive separate cars. Most importantly, it was a lifesaver to have access to a second parking lot when neighboring cafes were overflowing with cars, just like on this particular day.
Yongin's Enormous Cafe of Incredible Scale

Coffee Lusso, an incredibly vast cafe in Yongin, uses its B1 level for the cafe & bakery, the 1st floor for parking, and the 2nd floor as an office exclusively for staff!
While there are many famous large cafes in Ulsan and Changwon, this place's scale was truly next level.
It was fascinating how this entire area was developed with magnificent large cafes and delicious restaurants. Even the elevator inside the building was pleasant and spotless, causing every family member to exclaim in admiration repeatedly.

After parking on the 1st floor and taking the elevator down, the outdoor terrace was the first thing we saw. The atmosphere was so lovely, it made me think how wonderful it would be to sit there on a beautiful day.

I really should have taken a photo from the other side of the terrace too ㅠ
Interior & Atmosphere

Upon opening the door and stepping inside, the interior space was incredibly vast, and the floor-to-ceiling windows, combined with the high ceilings, created a wonderfully open and airy feel.

The actual space is much deeper and wider than it appears in the photos, but since it was a weekend and there were so many customers, finding a spot for all seven of us together wasn't easy.

After carefully surveying the vast space and a fierce 'eye-battle' (subtly competing for a spot), we finally secured a spot! Haha.
We just barely managed to win the 'eye-battle' and settled down here.
Since the space itself is so expansive, if you visit in a small group, you'll have plenty of seats to choose from. However, if you come in a group of seven like us, especially on a weekend, it might take a little while to find a spot.
Coffee Lusso Archive & Roasting Area

On one side of the cafe, there was even a Coffee Lusso Archive Zone.

From a vibrant selection of coffee beans to convenient drip bags, tumblers, and elegant specialty mugs,
the coffee-related merchandise was beautifully and neatly displayed,
making it an absolute delight to browse around.

Beyond the archive zone, you'll discover a dedicated roasting space,
a truly impressive area that beautifully showcases their pride and deep philosophy for coffee,
perfectly befitting a specialty coffee establishment.

True to its identity as a roastery cafe, you can directly purchase your favorite coffee beans,
cold brews, drip bags, and so much more right here.
This isn't just a grand cafe; they actually roast their own coffee and offer a fantastic array of beans and related products. So, if you're a coffee enthusiast like me,
you'll absolutely love exploring everything they have!
Coffee Russo Beverage Menu

Given the sheer scale of the store, there were quite a few staff members working,
but I didn't quite get the impression that they were overly friendly, which was a slight disappointment.
The counter bar area alone was incredibly spacious and long; it was nearly impossible to capture it all in a single photograph!
And after the previous customers left, there were still drinks and bread crumbs on our table. I politely asked for it to be wiped down,
but one staff member only gave it a quick, half-hearted wipe on one side before simply walking away to another area. It was one of those awkwardly funny moments... haha.
This part was personally a bit regrettable.

Despite that, I was really pleased to find that there were no extra charges for changing to decaf, oat milk, or low-fat milk,
and iced drinks also came with no additional cost.
True to its reputation as a specialty coffee roastery cafe, the variety of filter coffees was exceptional. Thinking, "When will I ever get to visit again?", I chose the Orange Flow from the Russo Selection, and my sister opted for the Pistachio Velvet.
Coffee Russo Bakery Lineup

Inside the showcase, a mouth-watering variety of cakes was prepared,
and we couldn't resist picking the universally adored Basque cheesecake.

In the very center of the store, the bakery items were proudly displayed.
While the selection of desserts was incredibly rich and diverse, it was a slight letdown that they were openly displayed without individual covers, especially given the spaciousness of the area.

We opted for the reliably delicious lemon pound cake,
but honestly, the lemon salt bread and the lemon melting cheese brioche also looked incredibly appetizing!
Honest Review of Our Coffee Russo Order

With 7 family members, everyone ordered something delightfully different! Haha!
2 Iced Americanos
1 Hot Americano
1 Cafe Latte
1 Vanilla Cream Brew
1 Orange Flow
1 Pistachio Velvet

This was truly the best group shot we could manage of all our drinks,

For individual menu shots, I only managed to capture my Orange Flow and Amy's Pistachio Velvet.
Although the price was a bit on the higher side and the portion size felt a little small, which was a shame, the Orange Flow was incredibly delicious. The moment I took a sip, it immediately transported me with its refreshing and deeply flavorful notes, just like a perfect orangette.
Even my husband, who ordered the Vanilla Cream Brew,
tasted my drink and said it was much better than his own.
He even kept sneakily taking sips from mine, lol.
As for Amy's choice, the Pistachio Velvet, I tasted a bit of the cream on top,
and the pistachio flavor was quite rich,
which was really nice.
And honestly, the Lemon Pound Cake I picked without much expectation
turned out to be delicious beyond what I imagined.
It wasn't dry at all; it was fresh, moist, and perfect with coffee,
and personally, it was a dessert I was really satisfied with.
