Bosporus boasts an impressive menu with over 170 items,

As soon as we sat down, our server warmly welcomed us,
showed us how to scan the QR code to view the menu,
and helped us place our order with ease.
The interior design was equally striking.
The walls are adorned with beautiful Arabesque wood carvings,
evoking a rich Ottoman-era atmosphere.
They offer both indoor seating facing the mall
and a spacious outdoor terrace area near the food court.
02. Honest Food Review
We visited on a weekday evening,
and the atmosphere was clean, calm, and incredibly welcoming—
perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxed meal.
We ordered a fresh salad, hummus,
two plates of shashlik, and some refreshing drinks.
The food arrived incredibly fast!

First up was the salad, and the portion size was massive!
The vegetables were incredibly crisp and fresh. 🍅

However, the absolute star of the show was this hummus.
My friend and I both agreed that this was
hands-down the best hummus we have ever tasted in our lives... 😭
Spreading that creamy hummus onto the warm, freshly baked bread
and topping it with the tender lamb was pure heaven—so savory and smooth.
I was so sad that we only discovered this spot right before leaving Egypt.
If we had found it sooner, we would have definitely come back multiple times! 😭

For drinks, we ordered a fresh juice and their signature iced tea.
They paired beautifully with the rich flavors of the food,
offering a crisp, clean, and refreshing taste.
It’s the exact kind of refreshing drink that makes you feel alive
after walking around in the hot Egyptian sun!

The seasoned rice served on the side was perfectly balanced,
and the meat was incredibly tender with absolutely no gamey odor.
The grilled green pepper on the plate was a brilliant touch.
It acted as a perfect palate cleanser between bites,
keeping the meal feeling light and fresh!

The rice was lightly spiced,
but the spice profile was very approachable and not overpowering at all.
The meat, of course, was flawlessly executed.
The portions were incredibly generous. Even though we were completely stuffed,
it was so delicious that we couldn't stop eating until every last bite was gone.

There is a 12% service charge added to the bill,
but given how exceptionally friendly and attentive the staff were,
we were more than happy to pay it.
For a massive feast consisting of a salad, hummus, two drinks,
and two main shashlik dishes, our total came out to just ~$29.
The value for money in Egypt is truly unmatched! 👍
