Mixing rice into the crab shell with the remaining sauce is, of course, a must-do.

Spicy Marinated Crab (Yangnyeom Gejang) & Marinated Shrimp (Saeujeang) — Don't Miss Either!

The Yangnyeom Gejang, with its sweet and spicy sauce clinging perfectly to the meat, was a delightful contrast to the Ganjang Gejang, keeping every bite exciting. The Saeujeang (marinated shrimp) were also plump and succulent; peeling them and placing them over rice offered yet another unique flavor. My companions couldn't even pick a favorite among the three!
