Jing Yoga studio isn't far from Alona Beach's main road,
making it a perfect spot for a leisurely morning stroll.
It was also incredibly close to
the Bird of Paradise Hotel, where we stayed.

✅Alona Beach Yoga Location
The Alona Beach yoga class I chose
takes place right in front of Alona Beach.
I went to the designated spot at Bohol Divers Club,
but the class isn't held inside the building.
If you walk a bit further past the Diver's Club towards the beach,
you'll find yoga mats laid out.
That's where the class was held.

Booking Method
I highly recommend booking
in advance through their website.

Spots are limited, so walk-ins
might not find a place!

Alona Beach Jing Yoga
One-Day Class: An Honest Review
Price: 500 Philippine Pesos, which is about ~$9 USD
The class I participated in was
the Alona Beach class.
It was an experience I had greatly looked forward to
even before arriving in Bohol.
The session lasts for about an hour.

It was a small group, with about 10 people.
When I first arrived, I was a little surprised
that it was held right by the roadside,
and the mats seemed thin and well-used.
However, I quickly adapted to the atmosphere.
I was instantly captivated by the yoga class
held on the beautiful Alona Beach.
The gentle breeze and the changing colors of the sky
as the sun began to set were simply stunning.
The instructor kindly guided us through each pose,
making it a comfortable level for even beginners to follow.
As I practiced, I'd occasionally glance to the side
and see the lush green palm trees and the clear blue sky –
it felt incredibly therapeutic just being there.
Towards the end of the class, someone asked the instructor
about the headstand pose (Sirsasana),
and the instructor graciously showed them the posture.

Since it was a small group,
the instructor was able to give individual hands-on adjustments
and kindly assist each person when they struggled,
making it an even more enjoyable yoga experience.

✅Insider Tip
It's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes before
the class starts to secure your spot.
Some people recorded videos,
and it seemed allowed as long as it didn't disturb other participants!
I highly recommend this as a way to conclude your day on Alona Beach.
Jing Yoga gave me one of the most peaceful moments
during my Bohol trip.
