Today, I'm sharing a quick look at one of the trendiest spots we found during our latest trip to Bali in 2026.
My partner and I were craving a quick sweet treat and some fresh pastries, so we set out to find a local bakery. We ended up at Bite BALI, a spot that seems to be incredibly popular with the stylish local crowd and in-the-know expats alike!

We hopped on our scooter and pulled up to this gorgeous Seminyak cafe. They have both cozy indoor seating with AC and a lovely outdoor terrace. The place was absolutely buzzing with people when we arrived.
Bite Bali definitely channels those ultra-sleek, minimalist aesthetic vibes you'd expect to find in a trendy neighborhood in Seoul or Tokyo. It's incredibly clean and design-forward.
This Seminyak cafe is highly rated for its diverse and delicious selection of baked goods. We couldn't wait to see how Bali's pastry game stacks up! 🥐
Everything in the display case looked like a literal work of art. The attention to detail was amazing!

A refreshing Iced Americano and their famous Dirty Matcha Mochi.
And of course, a classic, flaky croissant! 🥐
Every single table that got their order delivered immediately pulled out their phones for a photoshoot. That is just the vibe here—it's incredibly photogenic and Instagram-friendly!

Seriously, with this level of chic styling, you might think you're in a trendy neighborhood in Seoul, but you're actually in the heart of Bali!
Since we were on a tight schedule, we devoured our treats quickly and headed out.
After fueling up on sugar and caffeine, we made a quick stop at Ticket to the Moon on Sunset Road to grab some travel gear essentials before heading back to our accommodation.
