Best Bali Beach Clubs

Hey there, Global Explorers!
If you're putting together your Bali itinerary for 2026,
you might be debating whether or not to include a beach club.
I'm here to tell you: absolutely do it!
It's a must-have experience.

In Bali, beach clubs aren't just an option—
they're a core part of the island's modern travel culture! :)
And yes, taking kids to a beach club is totally doable!
Especially at Atlas Beach Club, which I recently visited.
In today's post, we'll cover:
✔️ Top 3 Bali Beach Clubs Compared |
✔️ Atlas Beach Club Entry Fees & Discount Tips |
✔️ Pre-booking vs. Walk-in Prices |
✔️ Menu, Showers & Locker Info |
✔️ Solo Travel & Family-Friendly Vibe |
Let's dive in! 💚
1. Bali Beach Clubs: A Quick Comparison

Most of Bali's famous beach clubs are
clustered around the Canggu area.
Let's compare 4 of the most popular spots!
While some claim to have "free entry,"
the actual cost structure varies.
Beach Club | Walk-in Entry Fee | Actual Cost Structure |
Atlas (Largest in SE Asia / Kids Allowed) | 150,000 IDR | Online booking includes Free Cocktail (or mocktail) + Towel |
Finns (Lively & Party) | 100,000 IDR | Towel is an extra 50,000 IDR |
Potato Head (Private & Chill) | Free before 4:30 PM | After 4:30 PM 250,000 IDR |
La Brisa (Boho Sunset) | Free | Minimum spend required for seating (Essentially paid) |
Looking at the breakdown, Atlas actually offers fantastic value.
If you book your entry ticket through Traveloka,
it includes a towel and a complimentary cocktail.

Here's a pro tip:
While other booking platforms lock you into
a basic vodka lemonade,
Traveloka lets you choose from a variety of drinks!
(Mocktails included)
That's exactly why I booked through Traveloka.
Since it's an Indonesian platform,
their Bali deals are often much cheaper
than international competitors.
I used it for the first time on this trip,
and it was completely seamless!

Family Travel Alert!
The ticket above is for ages 16+.
For younger kids, I recommend buying tickets at the door.
Kids under 47 inches (120cm) get in FREE!
Just keep in mind that children aren't allowed in after 9:00 PM,
so a daytime visit is perfect.
If you go during the day,
you can relax without worrying about time limits.
There's a dedicated kids' zone with a sliding pool,
keeping the adult and family areas nicely separated.
I saw plenty of toddlers
having a blast!
2. Location & Accessibility
✔️ Hours: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
✔️ Location: Near Canggu Beach
✔️ Advance Ticket Price: ~$15
(Includes 1 drink + 1 towel)

It's just a 10 to 15-minute Grab ride
from the main Canggu strip,
making it super accessible.

I headed up from the Jimbaran area,
which took me about 30 minutes depending on traffic!
3. Entering Atlas Beach Club
If you pre-book on Traveloka,
you can skip the main ticket queue
and head straight to the wristband exchange.

You can pick up your wristbands right here.
Like most Bali beach clubs, there's a strict security check.
Because of privacy around the pools,
large professional cameras and tripods are NOT allowed!

However, smartphones, polaroids, and action cams (like GoPros)
are perfectly fine.
Anything you can't bring inside
can be safely stored at their free baggage check.
4. Facilities Overview
The club is divided into the vibrant pool bar area
and the more relaxed restaurant section.
If you want the classic beach club energy, head to the pool bar.
For a quieter vibe, the restaurant seating is ideal.

✅ Swimming Pools
Adult pool / Kids pool / Direct beach access
✅ Showers
Atlas has on-site shower facilities.
It's amazing to freshen up before heading back to your hotel.
Note that there may be an extra fee for showers,
so check current rates when you arrive.

✅ Lockers
Essential for storing valuables while you swim!
✔️ Fee: 50,000 IDR (~$3)
✔️ Can be paid on-site
5. Food & Drink Recommendations

The menu at Atlas is huge!
I had already eaten before arriving,
so I just enjoyed my complimentary cocktail,
but the food looked incredible.

By the way, if you buy the general admission ticket,
ordering food is NOT mandatory.
Since we sat at the bar tables,
there was no minimum spend.
However, if you want a daybed or a premium pool table,
a minimum spend will apply!

Snacks like fried calamari, grilled corn, and nachos
are perfect for sharing.
- From ~$4
Hearty meals like pasta, burgers, and salads are available too.
- From ~$12
They also have premium options like
grilled shrimp, ribs, and Black Angus steak.
- From ~$15
Craving local flavors? Try the
Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, or Nasi Campur!
- From ~$9

The pizzas are a massive hit here,
and I saw so many people ordering them.
They are genuinely XXL sized!
If you're with a group, I highly recommend splitting one.
- From ~$22

They also offer Shisha (hookah)
for those interested!
6. Who Should Visit?

I highly recommend Atlas for:
✅ Families with Kids
- The dedicated kids' pool makes it a very safe, family-friendly environment.
✅ Solo Travelers
- It's so expansive that you won't feel awkward at all.
(The bar seating is perfect for mingling or chilling solo!)
✅ First-Timers
The facilities, scale, and pricing make this the perfect introductory experience.
(It was for me, too 😂)

✅ Sunset Chasers & Swimmers
Arrive in the late afternoon to swim
and catch a breathtaking Bali sunset!
7. Perfect One-Day Canggu Itinerary
Atlas pairs perfectly with a morning
of surfing and cafe-hopping in Canggu.

<< Recommended Daily Flow >>
Morning | Take a surf lesson at Canggu Beach |
Lunch | Grab food at a trendy local brunch cafe |
Afternoon | Head to Atlas Beach Club |
Evening | Enjoy cocktails, dinner, and a sunset swim! |
8. Final Thoughts

Atlas Beach Club strikes the perfect balance
of massive scale, top-tier facilities, and reasonable pricing.
If you're looking for the ultimate Bali beach club recommendation,
this is the best place to start.
It's incredibly safe, welcoming to families,
and an all-around great time for anyone!
