Among all the incredible parties
you can experience in Phuket,
the epic floating party on the water at
Yona Beach Club
is an absolute must-try!
Floating right off the coast of Phuket in the Andaman Sea,
on a massive three-story boat,
you can dance and rave the day away.

Visiting Phuket Yona Beach Club
✔️ You can check Yona Beach Club's official Instagram
for their party schedules and daily DJ lineups.
✔️ During high season, the boat floats near Patong Beach,
so you can hop on the transfer boat to the beach club from Patong Pier.

✔️ During low season, the boat shifts to the other side (east coast).
You'll need to catch the transfer boat from Royal Phuket Marina instead.
✔️ The boat has 3 floors
and you are free to explore them all. However,
the 3rd floor gets quite hot during the day and is a bit cramped,
while the 2nd floor is mostly reserved for VIP tables.
So, if you have a regular standing ticket, you'll probably spend
most of your time partying on the 1st floor!

How to Book & Ticket Prices
Phuket Yona Beach Club One-Day Pass - Klook
Booking in advance is highly recommended!
Even the general admission tickets (not just tables)
sell out quickly during special events or when famous DJs are playing,
so make sure to grab your tickets early!

Admission to Phuket's Yona Beach Club
A. Morning Pass (9:30 AM - 2:00 PM) for daytime chilling
and
B. Day Pass (9:30 AM - 9:30 PM) to party all day and night.
The Morning Pass
offers a more relaxed, chill vibe—perfect for families and leisure seekers
(entry allowed for kids aged 4 and older).
On the other hand, the Day Pass is pure party vibe, so it's strictly for ages 20+!
While children can enter Yona Beach Club with a Kid Pass (ages 4–14) accompanied by a parent,
they are only allowed to stay until 2:00 PM.
After 2:00 PM, the venue becomes adults-only (20+).
Ticket prices vary, but on average,
general admission to Phuket Yona Beach Club is around 3,000–4,000 THB (approx. $85–$115).

The Phuket Yona Beach Club admission ticket includes
entry, a welcome drink, food & beverage credit,
and towels (perfect for dipping in the pool right in the center of the boat!).

Besides the general admission standing tickets, you can also reserve tables in advance,
starting from 8,000 Baht for a minimum of 2 people.
The capacity and table pricing vary depending on the location.
The table fee acts as a minimum spend, meaning you can use that entire amount to order food and drinks!
You can think of it as being super similar to Tribe Sky Beach Club in Bangkok.
You can grab your tickets for Phuket's Yona Beach Club
on the page below!
Phuket Yona Beach Club Day Pass - Klook
Oh, and here's a super important tip!
Since Phuket Yona Beach Club
is a floating beach club out at sea, you have to take a shuttle boat to get there!!
Because of this, there are strict entry times.
*****
For the Yona Beach Club Morning Pass, you must board before 12:00 PM,
and for the All-Day Pass, you must board before 5:00 PM.
If you're late, you won't be able to get on and there are no refunds, so make sure to get there early...

Yona Beach Club Review

On my third day in Phuket, Thailand,
right after EDC Thailand wrapped up,
the official EDC afterparty was held the very next day
at Yona Beach Club!

It went on later than usual,
and Loco Dice was spinning as the guest DJ.
Of course, this ticket was completely separate from the main EDC ticket,
so we had to buy it individually.
Fortunately, the Lady Pass was 2,000 Baht, which was 1,000 Baht cheaper than the regular price!

I wore a bikini underneath with a sheer cover-up dress over it.
Looking at Yona Beach Club's Instagram photos, everyone seemed to dress like that,
so I decided to do the same!
When I originally booked the entry ticket for the EDC afterparty featuring Loco Dice,
I selected 3:00 PM as my entry time,
but I ended up running a bit late.
Luckily, I made it there around 4:00 PM!
I walked all the way down Patong Beach to Patong Pier,
asked around for the shuttle boat to Yona Beach, and got right on.
I'm not quite sure what the boarding area on the right was for,
but anyway, if you're heading to Yona Beach Club, just keep walking to the left here!

After they checked my bags, verified my ticket, and confirmed my name,
they put on my Yona Beach Club admission wristband
and handed me two free drink tickets!
I honestly thought I'd have to pay for all my drinks,
so this was such an amazing bonus!
(In the end, I didn't spend a single cent of my own money on drinks that day, haha!)
We boarded a super fast speedboat-style shuttle
to transfer to the massive Yona Beach Club vessel
floating out in the ocean.

Since it was only around 4:30 PM,
the crowd felt just perfect—not too packed yet.
Because of the massive crowd expected for the EDC Thailand afterparty,
they had actually covered up the swimming pool in the center of the first deck.

Normally, that black floor area in the center of the first floor is a swimming pool!

In the center, there are two large bars,
and you can exchange the Yona Beach Club free drink coupon you get at the entrance here.

Honestly, Yona Beach Club's
free drink coupon is such a steal...!
Because you can even get champagne with it!
And
I don't know if they always pour that much,
if the bartender was just in a great mood that day,
or if it was just their service policy for the day,
but first, I
smiled, greeted a male bartender (who I figured wasn't gay) in Thai, and placed my order.
Champagne pouring generously, feeling so good!

But since the inside of Yona Beach Club
wasn't fully packed yet, I was starting to feel a tiny bit awkward being alone...
And seriously, there were SO many hot girls,
I almost felt a bit intimidated.
But I kept trying to brainwash myself into thinking, "I'm a hot girl too!"

Handsome guys...? Not that many, honestly, but
true to Phuket style, the music at Yona Beach Club is absolutely incredible right from the afternoon.
I was totally grooving to the beat.
And even though the boat is anchored,
it sways gently, which made it feel a bit thrilling and dizzying (?)—making it even more fun!
I only saw two other Koreans,
just two hot girls who looked like international students.
Hope they had a blast too...
There was an elderly lady partying on the 3rd floor, and plenty of older gentlemen on the 1st floor.
Seeing that made me admire the incredible stamina of Westerners all over again.

As time went on, the Yona Beach Club boat
started filling up with people,
and the tables were getting packed,
so I headed up to the 2nd floor to look around before it got too crowded.

I realized later that the center spot was also a table seating area.
Can you see how hot the vibe is over there?
Everyone dresses like this when they come to Yona Beach Club.
Even though it was a day we couldn't swim!

But seriously, Phuket is a total raving paradise...
The tracks are just so, so, so good.
Even sober, it's amazing.
While I was hanging out near the 2nd-floor railing and watching, some Chinese guys at the adjacent table
struck up a conversation with me.
They were super shy, which was really cute.
They even shared their California rolls and drinks with me,
which was so nice of them.

But since things were still a bit awkward and I felt a little self-conscious,
I was dancing with about 30% awkwardness,
but then, when other tourists came to their table to take pictures, they called a guard to tell them to leave (yikes, 0.0;;),
and warmly invited me—who was standing there feeling awkward—to join them!
Like typical Chinese friend groups, they came as a mix of guys and girls,
and they all seemed really close.
One of the girls who was part of a couple was seriously
insanely, breathtakingly gorgeous.
When she had her sunglasses on, I didn't even realize she was Asian.
I also danced and hung out with another cute and pretty Chinese girl in the group.
I chatted with other friends in the same group,
and most of them were from Shanghai & Hangzhou,
and they seemed like students studying abroad.
Only one guy was from Beijing, and for some reason, he looked like the leader of the group...
They said they go to festivals like this all the time.
This is a video I took because the music on the 2nd floor of Yona Beach Club was so good,
and I spotted a gentleman who gave off major Techno Viking vibes, so I had to capture it.
My Chinese friends kept making sure I had drinks,
brought me down to the 1st floor to dance,
and hung out with me the whole time.
Thanks again, so much!

Once the sun started to set,
the vibe at Yona Beach Club went absolutely crazy.
Even before the main DJ arrived, the music was amazing,
the crowd was buzzing,
and it was literally the epitome of the magical island of Phuket, you know?
The dancers next to us were so mystical
and looked like absolute goddesses.
(From this point on, it was so much fun, but the reason I don't have many photos or videos
is because I was tipsy + too busy partying + taking videos on other people's phones...)
Also, Phuket really knows how to use lighting.
Those blinding laser lights created such a dizzying, dreamlike atmosphere.
Yona Beach Club is 100% worth the entry fee of 2,000 Baht (~$60).
Honestly, since we hung out here almost all day,
I would've gladly paid even more.
Once Loco Dice took over, everyone went wild,
and the music was insane.
I've never been to a party like this in my life, and I was so overwhelmed with joy.
It was almost as fun as the Ultra Europe afterparty
pool party I went to.
Honestly, for me personally, this afterparty was even more fun
than the actual EDC Thailand festival...
On my way back from the restroom, I bumped into
the handsome(?) Chinese guy from our table. We were chatting, and suddenly...
it was almost 11 PM!
Wait, what???
???
I looked around in shock, and my friends had already left!
I quickly hopped on the boat back to shore...
In the end, from 4 PM to 11 PM,
I stayed right until Yona Beach Club closed,
and safe to say I had the absolute best time ever...
Oh, but the pool was closed that day, so we couldn't swim.
If we had gone in and out of the water,
I think it might have been a bit chilly at night.
On the boat ride back, my scarf and rattan hat blew away in the wind.
Even though I lost them,
I'll just consider it an offering to the Sea God of Phuket...
Sawatdee khap, Phuket!
Guys, when you go to Phuket,
you MUST visit Yona Beach Club.
It is seriously so much fun.
(Just make sure to check the lineup beforehand!)
Oh, by the way!
This is a place we ate at near Patong Beach
before heading to the Yona Beach Club party.

It was so affordable,
yet incredibly delicious...

Turns out, it's a famous local spot in Patong, Phuket!
Pad See Ew is my absolute favorite,
and this was hands down the best Pad See Ew I've ever had in my life.
You can choose your protein from beef, chicken, pork, seafood, etc.
I highly recommend going with the seafood option!

Yona Beach Club Yacht Party Tips & Essentials
✔️ Outfits: Most people wear
swimwear with super glamorous cover-ups.

(Seriously, a lot of girls were wearing stuff like this from Mango!)
✔️ To truly enjoy the party vibe at Yona Beach Club,
the evening slot is the best.
But for photos, the morning is better (since it's less crowded).
Though honestly, sunset photos turn out amazing too! ☀️🌅
✔️ The shuttle boat that connects you to the beach club
runs pretty fast and bumpy,
so don't get too drunk,
and make sure to hold onto your belongings so they don't blow away!
✔️ Having a table is definitely worth it...
✔️ Getting a table with a group of friends
(couples or co-ed groups) is a great way to go.
✔️ The crowd is mostly Westerners + some tourists from Chinese-speaking countries,
mostly hanging out in their own groups.
✔️ Compared to the streets of Patong, everyone here
is much more polite and well-mannered.
Maybe it's because of the price tag,
or because it naturally filters the crowd,
or simply because it's daytime!
💡
✔️ The boat doesn't rock too much, but I'd still recommend taking motion sickness pills beforehand just in case!
✔️ I highly suggest grabbing a light bite before heading in.
For the best photo-op when the sun goes down, you'll definitely want the "sunset sofa" seats.
Surprisingly, they are actually cheaper than the first-floor Yona Beach Club tables!
It's the perfect spot to book if you're coming with a group of friends.
But if you're hoping to meet new people... it might be a bit of a gray area? 😅
The first floor is definitely a better vibe for mingling.
And honestly, Phuket—specifically Yona Beach Club here—is...
A spot where most guys go with their girlfriends or groups of female friends...
It's not really the best place for an all-guys' trip, just a heads-up! 😉

During the high season, the boat is anchored off Patong Beach, so you can take a shuttle boat from Patong Pier. In the low season, you must take a boat from the Royal Phuket Marina on the opposite side.
The Morning Pass is valid from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and you must enter before 12:00 PM. The Day Pass is an exclusive ticket for guests aged 20 and over, valid until 9:30 PM, and you must enter before 5:00 PM. If you arrive late for your designated time, entry will be denied without a refund.
Yes, children can enter with their parents using a Kid Pass. However, children are only allowed to stay until 2:00 PM, which corresponds to the Morning Pass hours. After that time, the club is exclusively for adults aged 20 and over.
The average entrance fee is around 3,000 to 4,000 THB, and the ticket includes a welcome drink, food and beverage credit, and a towel. Table reservations start at 8,000 THB for a minimum of 2 people, which serves as a minimum spend requirement that can be used to order food and drinks.
Since the shuttle boat travels very fast, you should hold firmly onto hats or any belongings that could be blown away by the wind. Also, even when the boat is anchored, it can sway slightly, so it is recommended to take motion sickness medication beforehand.
