After checking out from our hotel, Studio City, we had a late evening flight, leaving us with plenty of time to explore.
Our plan was to head to The Venetian Macao, enjoy a gondola ride, savor some delicious eggplant fries at North Palace, and grab an egg tart before making our way to the airport.
However, after wrapping up all our activities, the thought of trekking all the way back to our original hotel just to pick up our luggage felt incredibly tedious!
If you're like us, checking out from one hotel and planning to explore The Venetian Macao before heading to the airport, you're probably wondering where to stash your bags, right?
Good news! The Venetian Macao offers luggage storage services, even if you're not a hotel guest!
The Venetian Macao Luggage Storage Locations

✔ West Lobby
You can drop off your suitcases and bags at either of these two locations within The Venetian Macao.
The hotel is massive, and even with directions, we found ourselves wandering around for a while with our heavy bags. It can be a bit of a maze!
Eventually, we asked a friendly staff member for directions and made our way to the East Lobby.
Once you arrive at the lobby, you'll spot the Baggage Storage counter where you can leave your belongings.
What's the Cost for Luggage Storage at The Venetian Macao?
💰 Storage Fee: 60 MOP per piece (~$7 USD)
The cost for storing your bags at The Venetian Macao is 60 MOP per item, which is approximately ~$7 USD.
We had seen some reviews mentioning free luggage storage, and we were a little hopeful, but it turns out there are specific conditions for complimentary service:
✅ You must be a registered guest of The Venetian Macao.
✅ You must be a Sands Rewards Ruby II tier member or higher.
Only those who meet these conditions can enjoy free luggage storage.
Keep in mind that the free storage benefit is exclusive to the member whose name is registered on the membership card. You can't use a family member's or friend's card for this perk!
We had one large suitcase and one carry-on bag, so two pieces of luggage in total.
However, the staff member kindly charged us for just one item, so we paid a total of 60 MOP (~$7 USD).
What a gem of a person! ^0^
While the luggage storage fee isn't exactly cheap, it's definitely worth it to avoid dragging heavy suitcases around the hotel!
With light hearts and even lighter bags, we were able to fully enjoy our last few hours in Macao.
