This gem, the Palmyra Patong Resort, is located right in Patong, Phuket's most vibrant and happening area.
It's hands down one of the best value accommodations out there, with rooms available for less than ~$69 per night!🤍
For reference, my partner and I paid ~$200 for three nights, including taxes and service charges.

This is the signature view of Palmyra Patong Resort! From our room, we looked down upon the restaurant and pool area. The interior design is simply stunning, and it harmonizes so beautifully with the lush, green nature surrounding it.
I found myself opening the curtains every morning to snap countless photos!🥹
Palmyra Patong Resort Room Condition
When you book, try sending a message in the special requests section asking for a high-floor room.
I'm not sure if it was because of our request or not, but we were given the highest floor, offering an unobstructed, refreshing view that was incredibly relaxing.
Check out how they decorated our bed on the first day of check-in!🌹
I was so touched by the effort they put into arranging each flower petal!
The room itself was great, and the bed was quite large. Even though I'm usually sensitive about where I sleep, I slept incredibly well here – it was so comfortable.
They even left a 'Happy Honeymoon' message card...
Full disclosure, I *did* mention 'honeymoon' in my booking request!😭 So, if you're celebrating a honeymoon or any other special occasion, definitely leave a message when you book!
Palmyra Patong Resort Breakfast
The breakfast offerings are quite light – think sandwiches, salads, and fruits – so don't go in with huge expectations for a lavish spread!
However, for us, it was perfect. We don't usually eat heavy breakfasts, and we had plans for extensive food tours, so a light meal was actually ideal.
Top Reasons to Recommend Palmyra Patong Resort
The most crucial factor for us was its location.
My partner and I love to enjoy the nightlife and stay out late, so a quiet neighborhood filled with luxury resorts just wouldn't have suited us.
If you're like us and want to hit the pubs and truly experience Phuket's vibrant evenings – especially after a long wait for an international trip – then I highly recommend staying near Patong Beach.
From the heart of nightlife, Bangla Road,
to Patong Beach and Phuket's largest shopping center, Jungceylon,
everything is concentrated in this area, allowing you to make the most of your trip!
But wait, you might be thinking, what about the constant noise from Patong Beach, which is buzzing all night long?
Honestly, that was a concern for me too.
However, Palmyra Patong Resort, while close to Patong Beach, is set back just one block from the main street. This clever positioning meant we didn't hear any of the noise at all!‼️
My second reason for recommending it is this:
Many Phuket tours, including the popular Phi Phi Island tour, offer pick-up services primarily from the Patong Beach area.
While other areas might also offer hotel pick-ups upon request, Patong is often the default, meaning locations outside of Patong usually incur an additional fee.
So, if you're planning on doing tours, staying in Patong Beach is definitely more advantageous!‼️
And finally, my last reason to recommend Palmyra Patong Resort is...
There's an alleyway of incredible value massage shops nearby! I'm such a massage fanatic that it's practically *the* reason I travel to Thailand, so I always seek out affordable massage spots. Haha!
And guess what? Right near Palmyra Patong Resort, I discovered an alley packed with budget-friendly massage parlors!
On the main street of Patong Beach, you'll often find Thai massages costing 300-500 THB (~$7-$12), which is quite a bit for Thailand.
But in the massage alley I found, every single place charged just 150 THB, which is about ~$4!‼️
You can get 2-3 massages here for the price of just one on the main street!
If you love massages as much as I do, this last point will definitely be a huge selling feature for you.
