Explore Macau's stunning night views effortlessly with the Night Bus Tour! Find out where to board, the best seats for photos, and how to book your spot.
Hey there everyone~
I'm TteonaVOCCA,
someone who dreams of traveling every single day.
When you're in Macau, there's one thing you absolutely can't miss:
the dazzling night views of its luxurious hotels!
However, the hotels are quite spread out,
and trying to visit each one individually
can be surprisingly tiring~
After exploring all day,
our legs were aching,
so we weren't confident enough to walk around for the night views.
That's why we opted for the Macau Night Bus Tour!
From the pickup location to the best seats,
the price, and even how to book on the same day,
I'll break it all down for you :)

Macau Night Bus Tour Pickup Location
The Macau Night Bus Tour
departs from the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal.

After arriving at the ferry terminal,
take the escalator down to the first floor.
You'll find the Tourist Information Desk there.

With staff wearing blue vests
and people gathered, waiting to board,
it was immediately clear that this was the meeting point! 😄
I was a bit worried about getting lost inside the terminal,
but it was easy to find as it stood out even from a distance.
Where's the Best Seat on the Macau Night Bus Tour?

The Macau Night Bus Tour doesn't have assigned seats;
you board the bus in the order you're in line
and choose your own seat~
So, if you want to snag a great spot,
I recommend arriving a bit early to wait,
rather than showing up right at the departure time.
From my own experience, the best seats are
on the left, towards the back!
Not only for catching the Wynn Palace fountain show,
but also when enjoying Macau's nightscape as you cross the bridges,
your view won't be blocked by people in front or any structures.
When those dazzling hotel night views unfold right before your eyes,
you'll definitely feel that arriving early was worth it! 😉
It's also super easy to take photos and videos from there,
so if you've booked the Macau Night Bus Tour,
make sure to aim for a seat on the left, towards the back! :)
Macau Night Bus Tour: Full Course & Duration

The Macau Night Bus Tour
starts from the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal
and takes you on a journey past major night view attractions and Cotai Strip hotels.
It's a fantastic way to see it all.
The entire tour lasts approximately 50 minutes!
After passing by Dangpoga, Wynn Macau, and Hotel Lisboa,
and circling Macau Tower,
the bus crosses Sai Van Bridge to head into the Cotai Strip.
Sai Van Bridge, in particular,
is also known as the Rainbow Bridge~

The night views of Macau city and Macau Tower
as you drive across the bridge are absolutely stunning~
They were truly magnificent~
Now, let's dive into the Cotai Strip!
From the mesmerizing Wynn Palace fountain show,
to The Londoner, Studio City's iconic 8-shaped Ferris wheel,
and the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower,
you'll see them all, one after another.

Just by sitting on the bus,
all of Macau's iconic night view spots pass by,
leaving no room for boredom, only continuous 'oohs' and 'aahs'! 😂
After the night tour concludes,
You can hop off at
The Venetian Resort or Galaxy Hotel!
After exploring St. Paul's Ruins and Jerky Street
on the Macau Peninsula, we needed to make our way
to The Venetian Hotel.
Getting dropped off right in front of our hotel, all while soaking in Macau's incredible nightscape,
made the whole itinerary just perfect!
Macau Night Bus Tour: Same-Day Booking & Price Comparison
Since the Macau Night Bus Tour uses an open-top bus,
I figured it might be tough to enjoy if it rained.
So, I did some research beforehand to see which platforms offered same-day booking.
Turns out there are just two fantastic platforms that offer same-day booking:
Trip.com, Klook
Platform | Price | |
Trip.com | ~$18 | |
Klook | ~$18 |
All two platforms allow same-day booking for the Macau Night Bus Tour,
provided there are seats still available.

I heard that the 8:30 PM slot, which offers a prime view of the Wynn Palace Fountain Show, tends to sell out super fast.
So, I booked in advance through Klook,
but looking back and comparing now,
it seems Trip.com is actually the most budget-friendly option! Haha.
If your itinerary is set, it's always a great idea to book ahead
and enjoy your trip with complete peace of mind.
But if you prefer to decide closer to the date, depending on the weather or your day's plans,
just make sure to check for available seats right before you go! :)

It was our very first trip to Macau,
and honestly, navigating to each hotel wasn't the easiest task!
We even got completely lost and wandered around
inside The Venetian Hotel for quite a while... haha!
After personally struggling to find our way around, being able to sit back
and see all the major night views on the bus tour was absolutely amazing
and incredibly satisfying! ♥
So, when it comes to Macau's stunning nightscapes,
