In the previous post,
inside Kobe Harborland Mosaic shopping mall,
I first introduced Kiddy Land and GIGO.
Following that, in this post,
I'll be compiling Part 2 of the great places to explore inside Mosaic,
including Sanrio Shop, Snoopy, Donguri Republic, Sylvanian Families, and more.

Sanrio Shop

While Kiddy Land also has Sanrio merchandise,
if you want to see an even wider variety of Sanrio products,
it's definitely worth stopping by the Sanrio Shop as well.
It was Cinnamoroll's birthday season,
so as soon as I entered, Cinnamoroll merchandise immediately caught my eye.
The Bonbon Drop sticker series I was looking for,
was unfortunately not there...

There were also many types of keyrings perfect for attaching to bags.
Even the carabiners were heart-shaped,
so as a keyring lover, it was hard for me to just pass by.
There was also a separate popular items corner on one side of the store.
If a family member or friend
asks you to "buy me a Hello Kitty keyring" from Sanrio
and you're not sure what to get,
I recommend checking out the popular items corner first.
I thought it would be perfect to put a picture of my dog
and the discontinued prince I'm currently obsessed with
and carry it on my bag :)
While it's hard to buy large-sized items when traveling,
there were plenty of small-sized plushies too.
There were also many practical accessories like pouches, hand mirrors, and combs.
In the stationery corner,
there were many items that were easy to pick up.
I've developed a craving for stationery since I started studying Japanese,
so I've been collecting cute pens whenever I see them.
There was also a Sanrio keyring with a bee concept,
and they said this was a new arrival.
Pochacco was so cute that
I told myself "no more keyrings" but ended up grabbing another one.
Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll-designed pajamas,
and other practical items were also widely displayed.
For those looking for practical merchandise
rather than dolls or keyrings, I highly recommend checking these out.
Snoopy Town
Opening hours: 10:00 ~ 20:00 / Tax-free shopping available
The entrance itself was decorated like Snoopy's house, so
The first thing that caught my eye was the Kobe Harborland Snoopy shop!
Snoopy Town
had a lot of fabric goods that were great for practical use,
like towels or blankets.
A friend I was meeting in Japan loves Snoopy, so
I bought a handkerchief.
It was around ~$3, so it was quite affordable and perfect as a gift.
This corner was dedicated to travel accessories and bags.
The Snoopy designs weren't too excessive,
making them seem perfect for everyday use.
There were also plenty of smaller goodies, like Snoopy keyrings or card wallets,
that were easy to pick up as little treats.
In the stationery corner,
you could find products like calculators, pens, and mechanical pencils.
If you have a friend who loves Snoopy,
stationery would make a fantastic gift idea!
The mug cup corner was also adorable,
with tumblers displayed right below.
For those who adore Snoopy,
I think the practical goods are even more satisfying than just dolls!
Donguri Republic
Opening Hours: 10:00 ~ 20:00 / Tax-free shopping available
You'll often spot this when traveling in Japan -
the Donguri (Acorn) Republic.
With a huge Totoro decoration right next to the entrance,
it immediately caught my eye from a distance.
Even though it was early March, the shop was adorned with cherry blossom decorations everywhere,
giving it a vibrant spring feel.
The Ponyo and Totoro files were also incredibly cute.
I didn't have an immediate use for them, so I put them down, but
if someone told me they would use them, I'd honestly love to buy them as a gift!
Of course, there was also a handkerchief corner, a staple you'll find in many Japanese shops.
Totoro and Kaonashi (No-Face) designs were the most abundant.
There was also a baby products corner,
and even though I don't have a baby, everything was so cute I almost wanted to buy it!
They even had slippers and foot mats.
If you're a fan of Studio Ghibli,
I highly recommend checking it out since there's one right here in Harborland Mosaic!
Sylvanian Families
Opening Hours: 10:00 ~ 20:00 / Tax-free shopping available
From its exterior, it's decorated like a charming little fairy tale village,
making it a shop brimming with Sylvanian Families atmosphere.
Stepping inside, I found
a delightful array of themed sets on display.
It was so much fun just browsing, even if I wasn't buying anything!
This was the family doll corner, perfect for comparing all the different
animal family doll sets at a glance!
These tiny costume sets, complete with outfits, shoes, and even little bags,
made it so enjoyable to marvel at all the intricate details!
The iconic Red Roof House, a staple Sylvanian Families set, was actually on sale!
I was so tempted, but between its size and the fear of being banished from my own home if I brought it back,
I had to reluctantly put that purchase on hold...
If you're a fan of Sylvanian Families,
I definitely recommend checking out the Sylvanian Families store at Kobe Harborland,
too! :)
It's easy to think of Kobe Harborland Mosaic Shopping Mall only
for its stunning night views or fantastic restaurants,
but I discovered there's also so much joy in exploring its character shops!
So, if you're looking to shop for unique items or
browse some delightful merchandise inside Mosaic,
make sure to explore the character stores tucked away within – you won't regret it!
Snoopy Town, Donguri Republic, and the Sylvanian Families store offer tax-free shopping. Please note that Sanrio Shop does not offer tax-free shopping when planning your visit.
You can find Cinnamoroll birthday season merchandise when you visit the Sanrio Shop. However, the popular Bonbondrop sticker series, which is popular in Japan, was unfortunately not available at the store.
Snoopy Town, Donguri Republic, and the Sylvanian Families store all operate from 10 AM to 8 PM. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.
