While I wanted to try many of their popular dishes, I was dining solo. So, I opted for the

Braised Pork Belly Rice, which combines both rice and braised pork belly, along with their famous Shrimp Dim Sum.

The braised pork belly was incredibly tender and the sweet and savory flavor paired wonderfully with the plain white rice.

A bite of zha cai (Chinese pickled mustard greens) offered a refreshing contrast when things got a little rich – absolutely perfect!

However, I found the sausage had a distinct, strong spice profile that wasn't quite to my taste.

The plump, bouncy texture of the shrimp was absolutely delightful. Honestly, it was the best shrimp dim sum I've ever tasted.

Just look at how juicy these dumplings are! The chewy wrapper and the succulent shrimp texture were a match made in heaven.

I truly wanted to eat more, but my stomach was unfortunately too full! ㅠㅠ

When the staff learned I was visiting alone from Seoul, they kindly offered me a delicious passion fruit drink as a complimentary service! 💕

Even though it's a restaurant located in a shopping mall, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and its spot within Pavilion Mall means you can enjoy a comfortable meal regardless of Dalian's weather – cool in summer, warm in winter.
