Cross one road and you're in Suwon, cross another and you're in Yongin –
It's the fascinating Gyeonggi-do!
The place we originally planned to visit was Majimou.
But it was completely full...
Our next destination was Time to Be.
And again, it was completely full 🥹
The "difficulty level" of Gyeonggi-do is not easy...
If you want to go to a great place,
you have to endure this too,
but today, our family's mood is
BTS!
Since seven of us are moving together,
we have to consider Plan B, and even Plan C.
Coincidentally,
Time to B (our Plan B),
and Coffee Lusso (our Plan C) –
It truly lined up alphabetically!

The view from the small roundabout in front of Time to Be's parking lot
is so much prettier, but I couldn't capture it.
Still, the large brick-colored exterior steals your attention.
It's a familiar name, as they have locations in Seoul and also sell online,
but this is my first time experiencing Coffee Lusso in person ☕️
The timing of a car leaving was perfect,
and with lucky-biki timing, our whole family successfully parked and entered!

Atmosphere and Space
B1 (Basement 1) is the Cafe & Bakery, and a parking lot.
The 1st floor is entirely parking.
The 2nd floor is staff only.
There's also an elevator,
and the space is truly massive...
We have large cafes where we live too,
but seeing that the entire area here is like this,
we 'country mice' were utterly amazed,
constantly exclaiming 'Wow! Wow!' 👀
A space that felt like an exhibition zone, allowing us to briefly glimpse Coffee Lusso's philosophy on coffee.

The counter bar is quite large,
but perhaps because it's such a busy cafe,
there wasn't really a 'friendly staff' vibe...
I asked for the table to be wiped,
but they literally just started wiping and then left.
ㅋㅋㅋ
Among the coffee options,
the option to change to low-fat milk or oat milk
without extra charge is really great!
Befitting a roastery cafe, the filter coffee options
are quite diverse ‼️
But, of course, I'm always curious about the signature drinks at places like this!
From the Lusso Selection,
I ordered the Pistachio Velvet.
(My sister got the Orange Flow.)
Even though it's quite spacious,
it was a little disappointing that the bakery items were exposed,
but a separate stomach for dessert definitely exists, right...?
My dad, who loves snacks,
(and like father, like daughter... me!),
felt his hands were empty with just coffee,
so we also grabbed a lemon pound cake and another slice of cake.
They sell coffee beans and drip bags here,
and the prices for a 200g bag aren't bad at all.

The cafe is much deeper than it looks!
It's amazing how many tables there are,
and yet, it's rare to find an empty seat.
I couldn't help but wonder how much revenue they make in a day,
my inner accountant started calculating a self P&L in my head!
A large, Mid-Century Modern-esque table.
It's beautiful, but it seemed a bit too low to comfortably use,
so I figured it might be slightly inconvenient.
I just seized the chance to snap a photo when it was empty.
And the outdoor terrace is simply beautiful too!

it felt like I should film a 'before work, after work' (leaving work) video for the employee
with their loose, untamed hair.
